AnyConnect stuck on "Awaiting User Input"

Hello,

since yesterday we have the problem on some clients that the login field for AnyConnect doesn't appear after choosing the certificate. The connection windows says "Awaiting User Input", but the field where you're supposed to put in your name and password is not there.

I can't replicate this problem on newer installations, but all older installations have this problem, even after a re-install (I tried deleting the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client, but to no avail). Most of our users have 3.1.00495 installed, but the problem also appears on 3.1.05182.

Any ideas what the problem is?

I have a similar problem where it says "Awaiting user input" for dozens of minutes after I enter my password, and then it finally times out and I have to try again!  It takes me HOURS to login from home!

It seems that my issues started to occur after I've started/restarted some features on microk8s (installed on Centos8).
After restarting the system it works fine.
Therefore is possible that some software is messing up the networking stack, or probably Cisco VPN is too intrusive, can't figure this out.
