AnyConnect VPN Authentication failed

I've been using this setup (the VPN to remotely access my desktop in the office) for the past 8 months and there was never an issue like this. When I tried connecting and the web browser pops out for me to sign in, it says Authentication successful but the Cisco VPN window would pop up immediately saying authentication failed. I've attempted to reconnect, restarting my laptop, reinstalling the Cisco VPN app but the issue persists. I contacted IT and they still can't figure out what the issue is so I figured I can get help from here.

  IT guys should be able to fix this. They need to check the logs. From your end, I dont believe you can do anything.
