Anyconnect VPN hangs at Java detection

Hi Everyone,

When I'm trying to install from web URL on Chrome, installation is not allowing to download at it get rotating on Java detection. It's been 1 hr and still it continue rotating. In fact, i'm having Java ver 7 and update 51, which is latest. 

OS type: Windows 7

I'm attaching the screenshot for your information. Please anyone suggest on this.

Realize this may be late for you, but believe you may be hitting bug related to Java 7u51 - https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCum46193.
