Yes, definitely can. I don't see a reason why you can't implement AnyConnect on ASA at your DMZ.
On the Check Point firewall, you would need to allow the HTTPS traffic inbound towards the ASA. Apart from that, it's just the routing of the clear text traffic after it's being decrypted on the ASA towards your internal network.
