Anyconnect VPN with SAML Authentication

Trying to setup Anyconnect with Azure AD SAML, using this guide

I am able to perform a succesfull single signon test from the Azure portal.

But using the Anyconnect client, a browser pop-up window (titled Cisco AnyConnect Login) appears but is giving a 404 error.

Trying login from the ASA device page also gives 

This sts.windows.net page can’t be found

The VPN connection profile is working fine using AAA authentication.

Does anybody here have a clue ?

Re-enable SAML Auth in tunnel group did the trick
