Hello,
I am unable to use the web installation method for the Anyconnect client (anyconnect-macosx-powerpc-2.5.3054-k9.pkg)
on Mac OSX PPC clients. I have tried several installations and I get the same errors.
I can install without errors on OSX Intel clients, and on Windows and Linux clients.
The error is a Java permissions error:
Exception in thread "Thread-7" java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.util.PropertyPermission java.io.tmpdir read)
I have already tried:
- three different 10.5 ppc installations
- older webinstall client versions
- repair permissions w/ Disk Utility
- reinstall 10.5 java updates
I am attaching the java console output from Safari and from Firefox.
