Anyconnect will not activate on iPad

We are running into an issue where anyconnect will not connect via iPad. Authentication is done via PingID and after authenticating the I/O in application switches off and loops the same issue

can I know the Anyconnect ver. and IPad OS ver.?

Anyconnect ver 4.10.04060 so far as I can tell. This is the version on MY iPad. But this is an issue on about 10-15 of our iPads. 

we will all be at iOS 15.5 by the 15th
