Anyconnect won't connect after upgrade to MacOS 12.3

Hi Community,

since upgrading MacOS to 12.3 my AnyConnect won't work connecting to corporate VPN. I always get this error message. Is there a known issue with this ? AnyConnect is the most recent version.
