Could any body tell me what is difference between Anyconnect and secure desktop..

AnyConnect is the actual SSL VPN client itself. It is responsible to create a remote access tunnel back to your ASA and encrypt packets between your host towards the HQ.
Here is more information on AnyConnect for your reference:
Secure Desktop is the advance feature of SSL VPN, ie: provides end host scan, cache cleaner, secure desktop vault, prelogin assessment, etc.
