ASA 5520 to Netgear FVS318G

Hello I am trying to create a site to site vpn between my ASA 5520 already configured to allow the use of the VPN Client.  The VPN Client works perfrectly but I am in a situation where I have a rather large office that processes a significant amount of data to my corporate office and I would like to implement a site to site VPN.  I know that the FVS318G can do a site to site connection.  I am wondering if anybody has accomplished this or really is it possible between these two devices?  Both would be running IPSEC

I have configured ASA5520 to do both Remote Access VPN/VPN client and site to site VPN and it works fine. I am not familiar with Netgear FVS318G and so can not really comment on it. But if it does provide a good support for IPSec site to site tunnel then I believe that it will be quite possible to set up this site to site VPN.

Yes I actually resolved it late yesterday.  For some reason the netgear wouldnt work with Diffie Group 2 but when switched to 1 it popped right now.  Thanks.  FVS318G is a great solution for us with site to site VPNs very cheap and effective.
