ASA & AnyConnect Licensing

• Our AnyConnect Plus Term License expires 05/24/2018 , we are running it on 5520s, what will happen when the license expire, will VPN stop working, can someone help me understand the impact, point me to the documentation that explains what happens here. Thanks

Are you certain? The AnyConnect License FAQ states:

"Complying with the unique/authorized user counts and term limits are honor system and are not physically enforced by the ASA or AnyConnect."

This was I experienced. When the lic expired users where not able to
connect. I had to get demo lic to fix. I was using smart licensing on FTD

Good point.

I believe Smart Licenses (FTD only at this point for AnyConnect) are different in this respect from PAK-based AnyConnect term licenses on ASA.

The O.P. was asking about PAK-based licenses.
