ASA blocking ctrl-c keyboard combo for traffic over VPN?

I have a business client that I have a site-to-site with as well as AnyConnect and Clientless SSL VPN connections that can't use control-c <ctrl-c>.  I can see the Clientless version not working cause its browser based but I wouldn't expect that with AnyConnect and especially with the site-to-site partner.

My business partner works with another organization like mine, with the same applications but they have a SonicWall and they can use ctrl-c in there.

Anyone else experience this and is there anything in the config that can be modified to allow this though?

I honestly don't think this is VPN related. You say you use Anyconnect and then on what software ctrl c is not working?
