Cannot connect to Cisco Anyconnect Mobility client VPN and it goes to hostscan is waiting for next scan and gives me error message and kick me off. I am not able to loginto VPN, can you suggest what to do.

Hostscan is the module that checks your workstation for compliance. The administrator of the headend ASA has a Dynamic Access Policy configured on the ASA with requirements that your workstation does not meet.
You will need to contact the admin to have them tell you what you need to do in order to be compliant.

My colleague tried to login to VPN on the same workstation and it works fine. So, it's just me having problem.

It's not necessarily a workstation issue. Authorization policies can check multiple criteria, including things such as AD group membership.
