If you click on settings, do you get any messages in the message history when attempting to connect. Are you getting any errors? Have you tried on multiple different Windows 10 clients? Is the computer joined to a domain and getting group policies pushed? Are the drivers and Windows software up-to-date? There are older and newer versions of the client, have you tried installing a different client? What about the Windows firewall?
I have personally ran a few different versions with Windows 10, but not that one. Hopefully this helps you get thinking of different things you can try.
