Cisco AnyConnect does not accept my credentials on Windows 10 Guest OS

Hi 

I have a problem with Cisco Anyconnect secure mobile connect. I created a Windows 10 virtual machine using Microsoft Hyper-v. I installed the Cisco Anyconnect on the virtual machine and for a month or two, it was taking my credentials and connecting to my client's VPN.

But since the last few days, Anyconnect doesn't accept my credentials. Each time I enter my credentials, I am taken back to the login dialog.

I don't have this problem on a Windows 7 virtual machine created using Microsoft Hyper-V. I don't understand what is wrong with Windows 10 guest OS

Any help on this would be highly appreciated

Do you have the correct/same VPN profile on your W10 workstation? Are you able to share logs from the ASA? Is the ASA configured to use a AAA server?  Additional info will help.  Thanks
