Hi all, I am trying to install Cisco AnyConnect 3.1.05178 on my home computer but as soon as I launch the installer file I get the following error message:
There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.
No additional information about the DLL is provided. Also, I know for a fact that the installer I am using is not corrupt as I have tested it on a number of other machines and it runs and installs perfectly.
Any ideas, suggestions or experiences with this issue?
