Hello experts,
I'm trying to use Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Version 3.1.13015 on a Windows 7 Service Pack 1 Laptop.
The AnyConnect profile is tested and working for me on my lab laptop.
The VPN connection is established (at least it seems that way), the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client shows an IP address from within Statistics > Address Information > Address Information > Client IPv4 and the Secure Route (a single IP address in this scenario) from within Route Details > Secure Routes (IPv4).
The client simply can't access anything on the remote IP address.
During the troubleshooting I noticed that the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client Virtual Miniport Adapter for Windows tells me that the network cable is unplugged and that after connecting with Cisco Anyconnect VPN, the "route print" command on Windows doesn't show any special static route entry to the Secure Route.
Needless to say I have tried almost everything.
I would be very grateful if someone could kindly share some thoughts.
Any help/information will be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Massimiliano

Have you tried to reinstall the client?
Also you can try to run wireshark on the computer and check if the packets are leaving the virtual adapter or place the captures on the ASA.
hope it helps
