Cisco anyconnect system scan issue and not connecting

Our Office in India ( Tamil Nadu ) and now all are working on their home.

In our Office multiple user connect Cisco any connect and there is day before yesterday some user cant able to connect VPN and shows system scan not required on current WIFI and no policy server detected. Could you please help on this!.  Its is huge impact on our Office.

For sys scan1 screenshot issue can you please share your ise posture profile agent settings from within ISE? I have seen this issue due to misconfiguration of discovery host vs. call home list.  For sys scan issue when those clients are required to update do you have ISE pushing a dacl to the 'non-compliant' session?
