cisco anyconnect the server certificate received or its chain error in windows 8 how can resolve the issue

I`ve got the same problem. And when setting FIPS mode to false in AnyConnectLocalPolicy.xml I get the error message: "The VPN GUI and Agent Process are not both in FIPS Mode,"

Edit: New error message is gone after reboot. Now it works.
