CISCO ANYCONNECT TIMEOUT

I need your advice on an issue we currently are facing. We have end users who remotely connect to our systems using Cisco anyconnect agent, When have create standard groups where there are allowed to login between 8:00 AM to 4: PM i.e from Mon-Fri. we have set Idle time out on our ASA firewall to 30 Minutes. the issue is the user who are logged in prior 4 PM remain connected post 4:00 PM until they log themselves out or their session is idle for 30 min. What we are looking to achieve is even though they are working on their remote systems their active sessions should be terminated once it exceeds the allowed timeframe. thereby forcing them to login in the VPN client, that when we can have the policy kicked in. Please, need your expert advice on this
