Hello,
Upon connecting our setup uses two-factor authentication and we receive a text message from an application server to authenticate. AnyConnect has a very short timeout for this though (just over 15 seconds) and we often have to try several times to type the text into our phones fast enough to authenticate. Is there any way to increase this time out? I've attached the error we receive after the fifteen seconds, if we're not fast enough.

Not sure if that's also the problem in your case, but there is an additional timeout with two-factor authentication when the connection is not initiated through a connection profile.
So, if not done: Configure an AnyConnect Connection-profile with all your settings and let it be downloaded to the client PC. Then use this entry in AnyConnect to establish the session.
