Is there any way to force a restart after a user downloads Anyconnect NAM from the ASA?

From what I remember reading in the user guide, reboot is a manual process. End users might receive a notification to perform the reboot but it isn't forced. This is more to do with how the application upgrade process is built.

As mentioned above by UdupiKrishna , AnyConnect does prompt the user for restart. However, user has option to decide on it.
This is possible by deployment through SCCM scripts.
