Cisco Anyconnect - VPN Driver error, all read solutions failed.

Hello,

I have access to the Cicso Anyconnect VPN,  and have failed to properly connect it ever to the driver. I have tried all the solutions I could find online. I unclicked IPv6 and restarted my computer. I have no clue why it is not working. Does anyone have any ideas as to why they are not working? I will post my preferences and messages in images below.

Does anyone know what the issue is?

Is this is Win7 ?
if yes then I read in some article disable Routing and Remote Access Service (RRAS) solve the issue.

Not sure why but that did not work either. Same exact errors too.

Do you see that change still appear or not?

i.e.
allow service to interact with desktop <- this  enable or disable ?
