Cisco secure client - redirect issue

Hi everyone 

we are facing an issue with Cisco Secure Client, when a user reauthenticate a session, suddenly the msn webpage opened automatically and interrupt the user work, what is the best way to disable this action ?  and what is the reason ?

Try Client profile :

Disable Captive Portal Detection: In the Secure Client Profile Editor, navigate to the Preferences section ,Set the DisableCaptivePortalDetection parameter to true.
