Cisco secure client SSL VPN returning certificate validation failure

I'm trying to connect to a corporate SSL VPN on Windows 10, upon adding the VPN gateway and then hitting connect it goes to the sign-in dialog box but also returns a "certificate validation" failure error, then I choose the group and try to connect to the VPN by entering credentials but I'm not able to connect, I'm sharing the log from history here.

I have tried many methods I found online for this issue including this forum too but none of them works which includes:,

1. deleting deleting profile files

2. resetting adapters

3. registry solutions

4. and lots of other stuff which didn't work.

Also this is the log from history section:

10:59:46 AM    Contacting MY VPN GATEWAY.
10:59:46 AM    Connection attempt has failed.
10:59:46 AM    Unable to contact MY VPN GATEWAY..
     11:01:25 AM    Ready to connect.
11:01:39 AM    Contacting MY VPN GATEWAY..
11:01:57 AM    No valid certificates available for authentication.
11:02:21 AM    Contacting MY VPN GATEWAY..
     11:02:30 AM    User credentials entered.
     11:05:30 AM    Ready to connect.
11:06:06 AM    Contacting MY VPN GATEWAY..
11:06:10 AM    No valid certificates available for authentication.

I have also pinged the VPN gateway which it connects to and there is no problem, also other users can connect to this VPN.

what could cause the problem?

Thank you guys.

@ilgar it is possible that your device is missing a certificate that is required used for authentication. You will need to check with the Team that manages the VPN and confirm whether you need a certificate and how to get this certificate.

There is no one answer to this, there are more than one thing you may need to look at it.
