Sorry in advance if I've posted to the wrong board!
Can anyone advise how to change the contact number attached to the Cisco Secure Client verification process. It is used for my laptop VPN and was set up before a company phone was issued and I'd like the verification codes to be issued to the new work number rather than my personal but can't see where or how to change that information with Cisco.
The texts that come through are from Microsoft but I've updated my new contact details on my Microsoft portal.
Hopefully it's a straightforward fix that I'm just not seeing...

Hi @jcrawf2,
You need to go back one step and to figure out what is your authentication method and from where does the MFA request come. It must be changed under MFA system, which can either be synced with some other DB (eg. HR DB is synced to AD, AD is synced to MFA), so it must be changed there, so it can be further synced where it needs to exist.
You are mentioning Microsoft, so I assume you are using Azure AD, but that can be populated in many different ways, so you need to figure that one out on your own.
Kind regards,
Milos
