Hi,

do you know some usefull url how can I resolve this problem?

I tried install cisco vpn client version 5.0.07.0410 on Windows Server 2003 R2 Small Business Standard but during installtion wmiprvse.exe started using 100% of CPU resources. This is clean and fresh installtion of Windows Server. No viruses, etc...

Thanks

VPN Client is not supported to be installed on Windows server, only on Windows client.

Here is the release notes for VPN Client version 5.0.7 for your reference:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/vpn_client/cisco_vpn_client/vpn_client5007/release/notes/vpnclient5007.html#wp63537

Hope that answers your question why it's causing high CPU on Windows server installation.
