cisco VPN client on Mac can not conenct concentrator

I installed cisco vpn client on mac OS and it can reach vpn contrentrator. but it always failed to create connection after i type username and password.

Is this the problem of cisco or just the settings problme of concentrator?

please see the part of log which contains the step of disconnection.

the client can negotiate with concentrattor but stopped at the step of establish a security tunel.
