Error 429 : unable to resolve server address.

i have this error with windows 7 32 and 64 bit

Is this issue happening for every user ?

Are you able to ping the IP address/ resolve the server name ?

Then we may need to check the status on the server that are we getting any hits ?

debug cry isa 200

debug cry ips 200 

I do not think the requests may be reaching the server but you can check if they are reaching or not.
