Clientless VPN issue

So i have some users who are supposed to be using Clientless, but everytime they log in to the vpn it prompt them to download the Anyconnect client. Any idea? I don't want them to use Anyconnect but just the Clientless

Please check the output of the following command:

sh run group-policy | i vpn-tunnel-protocol

We would expect only the value "vpn-tunnel-protocol ssl-clientless" to return.

Hi,

Find the correct group policy assigned for that user using "show vpn session-db filter name <username>" command and then check the settings on that group-policy as mentioned by Marvin
