Hi,

The message is dropping a driver error message. Try to reboot your machine
as it suggests. If still not working, I suggest to reinstall anyconnect. It
will be faster than trying to troubleshoot driver problems (assuming that
it was working before).

device manager -> network adapters 
update it 
restart PC
