Creating a new group and l2tp issue

Every since I upgraded to 4.1.6 on the vpn concentrator every time I create a new vpn group I get the following error:

A warning has occurred while performing the operation.

The base group has been configured for L2TP over IPSec but L2TP is disabled. Click here to configure L2TP.

On the base group though only IPSEC is checked.

The workaround is fairly simple.
