Can the messages and prompts users see when logging into AnyConnect be customized.
Users are frequently confused by terms such as tokencode vs passcode.
For instance, there is a prompt to enter the "next tokencode" when it is out of sync and it just causes confusion. The users just try entering their passcode again and it doesn't work and then call the help desk for assistance.
We would like to customize the text into plain English so there is no room for user confusion at any of the prompts.

Hi,
Have a look at this Cisco document if it will be helpful.
Basically you use the ASDM, navigate to Configuration > Remote Access VPN > Network (Client) Access > AnyConnect Customization/Localization > GUI Text and Messages and then click the Add button. You can then edit the messages in the file you created.
