Difference between PABX and isdn simulator

Good morning, I'm starting to study for take the ccna certification.

Could someone tell me the difference between PABX and isdn simulator and it's possible connect two router with wic ISDN by PABX?. I have a PABX with 4 internal ISDN line where are linked the ISDN phone; can I use this internal line to simulate a call from router to anither router?

As long the PBX allows data calls between ISDN extensions, you should be able to use it for your study.
