digital cert cut & paste .. Help !

Hi Forum

Has some one used manual method of digital cert enrolment withour SCEP. I am just trying to use the same but bit confused, as I dont know how to import a digital cert issued by a CA server. I am not sure how I can get / generate Base64 encoded certificate from issued identity certificate on CA server.

Any help is much appreciated.

I have everything working fine with scep, that is not my current requirement. What I am trying to achieve is to do manual cut & paste method of digital certs on routers. So far I successfully managed to generate request on router and export the same in base64 encoded format to CA server. I managed to generate digital cert from that request. But I am not sure how I can generate base64 encoded output from cert, which I can copy and paste on to router console.
