Disable portal page

Is there a way to shut off the portal page?

I can disable it to say service temporally not available, or whatever message I want, but I want to disable it altogether.

I don't want someone to be able to point their browser to my VPN address and get a response. I want to use AnyConnect client only.

You mean not show up a page at all? Not possible as of this moment when Anyconnect is enabled. You can only shutdown the portal page and not provide a login.
