Disconnection Problem AS5300

Hi,

I have many AS5300 for dialup service with ACS for authentication. I have PAP authentication with 5 Min accounting. But some users can not authenticate (they disconnect in authentication time). They authenticated in ACS and ACS thinks they are connect but they are disconnected. In this situation AS does not send Accounting packet. I want to know why Accounting packet does not recieve from AS. And I want to know how I can reduce this situation.

which IOS version are you running on your AS5300 ? Can you post the configuration ? Also, which version of ACS are you using ?

IOS: IOS (tm) 5300 Software (C5300-I-M), Version 12.2(16a)

and ACS version is 3.3

I checked the bug toolkit, but nothing there. I guess we will have to do some debugging: can you post the output of:

debug aaa authentication

debug aaa authorization

debug aaa accounting
