With XP a user at the login screen they have an option to login to the VPN before logging into Windows.
However with Windows 7 and Cisco VPN client 5.0.01.0600 I can't seem to find this? Is it supported and if so, how do I configure it?

Dustin,
Vista and windows 7 do not use the GINA component to intiate SBL. Thus:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/products_configuration_example09186a00809f0d75.shtml#dfgh
Procedure for Vista and Windows 7 should be identical.

I'm not aware of us having the AnyConnect product, is this something new we need to purchase?

Dustin,
D'oh! I should learn to read ;-)
VPN client does not support SBL unfortunately.
under "Unsupported Features"
Major development effort right now is put into Anyconnect which will/be is our next generation VPN client - it supports SSL VPN and IPsec VPN with IKEv2 to ASA 8.4 (As of release 3.0).
Anyconnect can do start before login on all windos operating systems, just in a different way.
Hope this helps,
Marcin
