Download AnyConnect from the inside interface from my ASA

All,

A user on the "inside" interface can not download AnyConnect from the ASA using the inside address or the outside address.

When the user types https://inside_ IP_address they get redirected to the web version of ASDM launcher.

Is there a way to enable this?

Is RAVPN enabled on the inside interface? From the CLI run "show run webvpn" and check, the output should be similar to this:-

webvpn
 enable INSIDE
 enable OUTSIDE
