dynamic ip vpn configuration

hey friends

i am just CCNA, i have a project to configure site to site and remote access vpn on cisco 3000 routers and pix firewalls.. but the problem is only main site has the static ip while other sites have dynamic ips. can someone guid me is vpn possible if

1- both the sides have dynamic ips.

2- one site have static and the other dynamic.
