While the DNS based split tunnel features in AC 4.5 are a welcome addition to the product with the ever growing number of cloud based software, as the poor guy that gets to administer the ASAs, I'm going to ask for something selfish. I would love to be able to provision these lists of domains from a DACL or via an External Group Policy. Maintaining a growing list of domains across all our ASAs is going to be a pain in the... ASA. Since we (the customers) don't really have a viable solution for central management around our VPN ASAs I've centered on RADIUS and External Group Policies and I have not found a way to populate anyconnect-custom attributes via external group policy.
