Error: Secure VPN connection terminated by Peer. Reason 433 (Reason not specified by peer)

Hi,

I have one VPN configured on my router (Cisco 1841) and for some reason times on times, only one or another user receive the error message VPN connection terminated by peer.Reason 433 (reason not specified by peer)

Today I was able to connect with the user A however the user B on the same machine received the error message.I have already changed the password to see if this was the problem.

Any ideas of how to troubleshooting this ?

This issue appears at random time intervals or everytime you get this error after an exact time interval? (for example 10 or 30 minutes)

If this happens at exact time interval, the core of the issue most probably is at your firewall configs.

Hi Mohammad,

I could not identify a standand behavior , so I would say it´s random.
