A user brought her laptop in stating she was getting a Driver Failure error. I tried uninstalling the VPN client and recieved an error that it couldn't be removed due to a corrupted file in the OS. I tried reinstalling the Client and it said it couldn't install unless the old client was uninstalled. AHHHH! How do I remove the client when the uninstaller isn't working?
