Export certificate problem

Hello All,

I am using Cisco vpn client 5.0.07.0290

Local CA win2003 server to request my certificates which are exportable.

When I try to export the certificate from a client I get Error 36: Unable to export certificate "cert name"

Any ideas?

Hi Max,

 Make sure export path provided for the certificat is valid. If it is correct and still facing the issue, one
 of the possibilities is that the certificate originally issued might contain the restrictions including ip
 or mac address. It depends on how you enrolled for certificate in the first place. This might be a possible 
 the scenario.
