On a 64Kbps ISDN B channel, which I am assuming runs in full duplex mode, like a standard voice telephone line, is the quoted bandwidth of 64Kbps available to BOTH inbound and outbound traffic, or is this only the TOTAL available bandwidth between the two, eg. 32Kbps for inbound traffic and 32 Kbps for outbound traffic ?
