GETVPN GM Re-registration

Hello ,

Just need to check how to force a GM in a GETVPN Deployment to Re-register to a newly added Key server.

I usually use the Clear crypto gdoi command on the GM side , and I think this has no impact on the traffic of other GMs, only the GM on which the command is issued.

But I have noticed that on issuing the command , this  warning is displayed:

GM2#clear crypto gdoi
% The Key Server and Group Member will destroy created and downloaded policies.
% All Group Members are required to re-register.

Are you sure you want to proceed ? [yes/no]

Does this command really affects other GMs ? I'm using it on a specific GM not on the KS.

Issuing this command on the GM will not affect any other GMs, just the GM you are issuing the command on.

When adding a new Key server to the coop , and we need to change the primary role , does the command clear crypto gdoi ks coop role introduces any traffic disruption ?

No you will not have any disruption when clearing the coop.
