Help for the access list in VPN connection

we are trying to connect site to site VPN to japan and Singapore.

Please see the connection detail below

●Tokyo Data Center

Cisco 2911

Global IP : 124.xxx.xxx.xxx

Local IP: 10.137.200.251/25

●Tokyo Head Office

Local IP: 10.250.26.0/24

●Singapore Head Office

Cisco asa 5520

Global IP: 118.xxx.xxx.xxx

Local IP: 10.137.10.1/24

Current situation

1.Tokyo Data Center and Singapore Head Quarter have successfully made VPN connection.

2.The user in Tokyo Head office can access Tokyo Data Center network

Problem

1.But the user in Tokyo Head office cannot access Singapore Head Quarter as well as visi vasa.

Can you please provide the clean L2L VPN and NAT configuration on your DC router and ASA. It seems the issue is related to interesting traffic definition.
