HELP: Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client.

Hi all,

I am connecting VPN, but always like this one,

Initializing the connection...

Contacting the security gateway at 200.220.254.x...

Authenticating user...

Contacting the security gateway at 200.220.254.x...

Negotiating security policies...

Securing communications channel...

Contacting the security gateway at 200.142.y.z...

Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client.

Reason 401: An unrecognized error occurred while establishing the VPN connection.

Connection terminated on: Sep 27, 2011 22:13:58        Duration: 0 day(s), 00:00.00

Not connected.

I am using Cisco VPN 5.0.07.0410, Windows 7 Ultimate, and I have disabled Windows Firewall.

Does anyone know why?

- Are other users able to connect to the same VPN gateway, or it is only happening to you?

- Have you tried from different internet/ISP connection?

- Also have you tried from different computer?

- Also it seems to try 200.220.254.x first then 200.142.y.z, do you know if VPN gateway 200.220.254.x is down?

I have tried the same on another computer, it works well. So the VPN gateway should be ok.

The problem is that I can't find any settting different of this computer with the other one.
