How do I set up the VPN tunnel for split tunneling

I'm using an ASA5505 and logged into the ASDM GUI and can't find easy to follow steps to actually set this up.

I attempted to use the VPN wizard to set up a group that had the ability to split tunnel and ideally I want them to use there own internet and still be able to use our network resources. I don't want there internet traffic to travel through our network. Attached is a screenshot of where I think it might be to enable split-tunneling, but don't know.

Just to add to this when I select VPN tunneling while setting it up on the VPN wizard I am able to access the internet but then lose all access to the internal network that I'm VPN'd to. can't even ping an address.
