How to completely uninstall Cisco AnyConnect

I inadvertently deleted the AnyConnect uninstall file from my Macbook, so I have now been trying to manually delete the app through terminal commands.  However, I continue to get the following popup when I restart my Macbook. Any help?

Yes sorry for not mentioning this prior but I ran through these steps
already and still see that pop up at reboot.

               - Then it will probably be advisable to save  your (user) data and re-install the Mac from scratch.

Can I just be sent the uninstall file so I can run that?

              - I don't have it  myself, perhaps you could retrieve it from the installer package.
